Product Info

Handmade product shelf life is not as long as
commercial products. Commercial products contain preservatives, and
other chemicals to extend shelf life for years. Please use your
products within the year to ensure freshness and quaility. We recommend
storing all products in a cool dark area prior to use and mixing/ shaking products before each use.

Our products contain natural ingredients, and with essential oils in particular, they can still cause sensitivity in suseptible individuals, pregnant or breastfeeding women and children so we encourage any of those listed and anyone with sensitive skin to select our unscented products, perform a patch test on your skin and consult a doctor prior to use.

We strive for consistency when making our products. This minimizes the risks of contamination. The basic steps we take are having a clean working area, clean and sanitized equipment, good personal hygiene, proper ingridient measurment & labelled raw materials.

For anyone that uses bath products regularly you are aware that some tub staining can occur with coloured bath bombs/salts. If prior to using the product you have a "tub ring" which is built up soap scum and body oils it may be more susceptible to staining so for this we recommend regular cleaning to help alleviate the problem.

We love to support local companies when buying all ingredients, labels and
packaging for our products. Everything is purchased in Canada and many
of the herbs are grown on our own property.
